We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you experience significant technical issues.
Requirement: You must first contact our support team at contact@streamipv.com to try and resolve the problem. If we cannot fix the issue attributable to our service, you are eligible for the refund.
If major, persistent technical issues caused by our service arise after the first 7 days and our support team cannot resolve them, we may offer a partial refund based on the unused subscription time. This is reviewed case-by-case.
Example: Use 2 months of a $60/6-month plan, get $40 back if unresolvable service issues occur.
Refunds (full or partial) will be considered if our service is completely down for over 7 consecutive days.
After the 7-day guarantee (except for point 2 or 3).
If you didn’t use the free trial and are unsatisfied with channels/features (if service works).
For user-side issues (internet, device, setup).
Forgetting to cancel renewals.
Minor/temporary issues or violations of our Terms of Service.
